Bikram Yoga is taking the world by storm and is specifically designed to provide optimal health and longevity for yogis of all ages, shapes and sizes.

Classes consist of 26 demanding postures over 90 minutes long and are conducted in a room  heated to 37 degrees celcius to warm up the whole body, allowing you to work deep into your muscles, tendons and ligaments to change/regenerate your body from the inside out.

Regardless of your age, injuries, or prior yoga experience this yoga will improve your figure, strength, flexibility, circulation, energy level, reduce stress and mood after only a few classes. The benefits are infinite - The more you put into the class, the more you will get out of it.
